Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the top navigation, fill in your username, email and password. You’ll receive an activation email — click the link to verify your account.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification protects your account and prevents spam registrations. It’s also required to receive your 30 free welcome credits.
I didn’t receive the activation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact [email protected].
Credits & Pricing
What are credits?
Credits are the virtual currency used to generate AI images on SeekHelio. Each image generation consumes a certain number of credits depending on the model.
How many free credits do I get when I sign up?
New users receive 30 free credits after verifying their email — enough to try both AI models.
How many credits does each generation cost?
FLUX.2 Flash (HD): 8 credits per generation, 1 credit back on success (net 7).
Z-Image-Turbo (Fast): 5 credits per generation, 1 credit back on success (net 4).
Do credits expire?
Credits do not currently have an expiration date. However, we reserve the right to update credit rules with prior notice posted on our site.
Can I get a refund?
Purchased credits that have not been used are refundable within 14 days. Used credits and free bonus credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
Image Generation
How do I generate an image?
Go to AI Image Generation, describe your image in the prompt box, choose a model, and click Start Generating.
What’s the difference between FLUX.2 Flash and Z-Image-Turbo?
FLUX.2 Flash produces higher-quality, more detailed images (about 30 seconds).
Z-Image-Turbo is much faster (about 5 seconds) and ideal for quick previews.
Why did my generation fail?
Common reasons: content flagged by the safety checker, network timeout, or insufficient credits. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
Can I use the generated images commercially?
You own the images you generate, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any applicable copyright, trademark, or personality rights laws.
Daily Free Image
How does the daily free image work?
Check in once per day to receive 1 free Z-Image-Turbo generation. It is valid only on the day you check in and cannot be saved for later.
Why can’t I save the free image for later?
The free daily generation is a promotional feature designed for same-day use. It resets every day at midnight (site timezone).
Gallery & Storage
How many images can I store for free?
Each user can store up to 10 AI-generated images in their personal gallery for free.
How do I delete an image?
Go to My Gallery and click the Delete button on any image. This frees up a storage slot.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, which also supports credit and debit cards in most countries.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
