2. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content;
• Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed;
• Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice;
• Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected], including:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the removed content and its previous location;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

SeekHelio maintains a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

6. AI-Generated Content

SeekHelio is an AI image generation platform. Users are solely responsible for the prompts they submit and the images they generate. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated images, and we will respond to valid DMCA notices regarding any content on our platform.
