1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• You purchased credits within the last 14 calendar days.
• You have not used the purchased credits to generate any images.
• Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• You can provide the order ID / transaction ID from your payment receipt.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Used credits — credits that have already been spent on image generation.
• Free credits — sign-up bonus, daily check-in rewards, or promotional credits.
• Partially used purchases — if you have partially consumed your purchased credits, only the fully unused portion of the purchased credits is eligible for refund. Used credits cannot be refunded.
• Service fees — third-party payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) may not be refundable.
• Accounts terminated for abuse — accounts closed due to violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your account email (the one you registered with);
• Your order / transaction ID;
• The date of purchase;
• The amount paid;
• The reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 5 business days of receiving your request.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• PayPal refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear.
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and contest the chargeback. We strongly recommend reaching out to our support team before opening a chargeback — we will do our best to resolve your concern.

6. EU / UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by purchasing credits on SeekHelio, you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (the credits and any images generated using them). You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the credits have been used to generate images.

Where credits have not been used, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies, subject to this Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
