1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SeekHelio (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website and services.

You must be at least 13 years old to register an account and use our service. If you are under 18, you may only use this service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your account to any third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse, fake information or violation of these terms.

3. Credits & Image Storage

• New registered users receive 100 complimentary credits, which can be used to generate AI images.
• You may earn additional credits through daily check-in: 10 credits per day. A 7-day consecutive check-in unlocks a bonus of 10 credits.
• Each user can store up to 30 generated AI images in their personal gallery for free.
• Credits have no guaranteed expiry date, but we reserve the right to adjust credit rules with prior notice posted on our site.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to other users.

4. Payment & Refunds

If you purchase credits on our Site, payments are processed via PayPal. By submitting a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Credits are virtual non-refundable digital goods. Refund requests may only be considered if the purchased credits were never credited to your account due to a technical error on our side. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, user mistakes, or change of mind.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges imposed by PayPal or your payment provider.

5. User Content & AI Generation Rules

You retain ownership of the AI-generated images you create using our platform.

You warrant that all prompts, text and materials you submit do not:

• Violate any copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of third parties;
• Generate pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, non-consensual deepfake or harmful content;
• Create content impersonating any real person without consent.

We may remove any generated content and suspend your account immediately if your content violates this clause.

You grant SeekHelio a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts and generated images only to deliver the AI generation service to you. We will not sell your generated artwork to third parties without your permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose;
• Automatically register accounts, mass generate images using bots or scripts;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or damage our website and server;
• Reverse-engineer, copy or extract our AI model and underlying system.

7. Service Availability

We provide the service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may perform maintenance, upgrade or temporarily suspend the website without prior notice. We are not liable for data loss caused by service interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeekHelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of our service, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

9. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account at any time, without refund of credits, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service and gallery storage will be revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be settled amicably first; if not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Singapore.
